One day while sitting at my desk I found a hair laying across my lap. I wondered how strong it was so I picked up a couple things and tested out the strength. I was amazed that I could hold this much!!! YES, this is ONE STRAND of HAIR!

I prefer the comb with No handle, but the handle helps when your hair is longer than your arms can reach!

Here I share with you the history of my hair and the lengths and stages I went through...

Picture # 4 was when I decided I NEVER WANTED SHORT HAIR AGAIN! I hated this haircut so much! I call it the HAIR CUT FROM HE*L!!!

I grew my hair longer from this day on and as you can see, in pic #9 I had waist length hair when I graduated from High School.

Sadly, I had to cut my hair in picture #11 due to illness that left me with major hair loss. But I grew it back in the late 70s and went thru many popular styles and followed the hair style trends.

In picture # 16 I had cut thick bangs that wrecked my hair!

I cut my hair again in pic #18 to let my bangs grow out. I now had my first child and less time for my hair.

I grew my hair again # 21, but cut off 18" when my my 3rd child was 2 years old. I had no time for myself at this point with 3 kids. My husband cut at least 18"of my hair after pic #21 was taken. He was not a long hair lover and cut it without hesitation!! Needless to say....I grew my hair back again!

From 1997-2002 I maintained it at about 34"-36" with lots of trimming. I never liked my hair longer or to the point where i sat on it. I never even considered growing it longer until the summer of 2004 when I became single. In pic #28 my hair was at its longest ever at 44". Sadly after this curly hair picture was taken, I decided to have a family member trim my hair, which resulted in 8" being cut by mistake!!!! I was now back to 36" hair!

NOW I TRIM MY OWN HAIR!!

Pic # 27 was my WINNING PHOTO. I entered a long hair photo contest on LongHairPortraits.com in Jan of 05. I won 1st place.

I was new to the internet world of long hair.

PIC #26 and #27 got stolen and were used on ebay in a hair extension ad !!! I accidently found myself one day while shopping on ebay! The woman was telling everyone my hair was fake extensions!!!

AFTER THIS HAPPENED, I WROTE ON ALL MY PHOTOS!
